Here to Grow with Bronwyn Seaborne ("we", "the show") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and the choices you have. It is written to comply with South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What we collect

• Email subscription: your email address, only after you confirm via the double opt-in email. We record the time of your consent.
• Contact form: your name, email address and message, used solely to respond to you.
• Analytics: a single Google Analytics cookie, set only if you click "Allow" on the consent banner. IP addresses are anonymised. Declining changes nothing about your experience.

What we don't do

• We never sell or rent your personal information.
• We don't track you across other websites.
• We send no marketing email beyond the episode updates you explicitly confirmed.

Where your data lives

Subscriber and contact data is stored with our database provider (Supabase) and transactional email is delivered by our email provider (Resend). Both are bound by their own data processing agreements. Embedded video is served by YouTube, whose own privacy policy applies when you play a video.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link that takes effect immediately. For any other request, contact us at hello@heretogrow.example. We respond within 30 days.

Complaints

South African residents may lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator (inforeg.org.za). EU residents may contact their local supervisory authority.
